1. Pass Validity

The CoffeeInSkopje Coffee Pass is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

The expiration date is shown on your digital pass.

2. Offer Redemption

Each participating café can be redeemed once per pass. To redeem the offer:

  • One coffee-based drink must be purchased
  • A second coffee-based drink of equal or lower value is provided free of charge

The offer applies to coffee-based drinks only, including matcha.

Soft drinks, alcohol, and food items are excluded.

3. Combining Offers

The CoffeeInSkopje offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs offered by participating cafés.

4. Venue Information

Participating cafés operate independently.

  • Please check individual café opening hours before visiting.
  • Some cafés may have menu limitations or specific conditions not listed on our platform.

5. Venue Changes or Closures

Participating venues may change or close during the validity period of the pass.

  • Refunds or partial refunds are not issued due to venue changes or closures.
  • If a café closes permanently, we may replace it with another venue when possible.

6. Refund Policy

The CoffeeInSkopje Coffee Pass is a digital product.

Once purchased, the pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you experience an issue redeeming your pass, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

7. Digital Pass Usage

The CoffeeInSkopje Pass is delivered digitally.

  • To redeem an offer, present your digital pass on your mobile device to be scanned at the café.
  • Please ensure your device is charged and your pass is accessible before ordering.
